I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and provided a lovely view of the town from the balcony, and they were soundproof when needed. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff who even offered an electric car ride to the Bahnhof. The location was perfect, near the main bus station and a short walk from the train station. Dining options were fantastic, especially for breakfast. A couple of minor cons were the surprise city tax and mid-range pricing for UK standards.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern with a beautiful balcony overlooking the Matterhorn mountain. The service was top-notch, with kind staff and easy access to ski storage. The location was convenient, being close to the station and the main street. The dining experience was excellent, offering a great variety in a traditional Swiss chalet-style ambience. Overall, a great value for money.
